Service Description
Develop your push/pull muscles & mobility for the highly sought-after ~*ayesha*~. Designed to evolve your trickster journey through conditioning on, off, and around the pole for expedited progress towards alley-ooping upside down - with JUST YOUR ARMS! Prerequisites: Must be fluent in inversions and butterflies on both sides. Extended butterfly not required and will be covered in preparation for the ayesha.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
